Each copy of Minaret includes one hour of telephone support. Prices include shipping within the United States.

Terms and Conditions
  • Support policy:
    • Support is used in increments of one minute with a minimum charge of fifteen minutes per incident.
    • Support time is valid for up to one year, after which any unused support expires.
    • Additional support must be purchased in advance of its use and in increments of one hour.
  • All orders must be pre-paid. COD's are $25.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and payment must be made on an American bank.
  • Minaret includes a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. This does not apply to manuals purchased separately and upgrades. In the event of a return, Minaret Corp. will refund the purchase price of the product minus any telephone support used, and a $50 restocking fee if the merchandise is not in resalable condition. Shipping, handling, billing, installation, consulting and support charges are non-refundable.
