Unless you order additional support, your Minaret software includes one hour of support for each copy you purchase or upgrade. Support is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The phone number is (212) 647-1470. Support expires one year after it is purchased and there is a minimum charge of fifteen minutes per incident. Addition support can be purchased through the credit card processor page, for $225 per hour.
